what is your shipping policy?

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Items like stickers, buttons, jewelry, framed prints, and art pieces are shipped within three business days of purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Items like candles, wax melts, skincare products, fragrances, and select jewelry are made and shipped around 5 to 8 business days from purchase.

Please keep in mind: Both of us work full-time jobs during the day, then work on Wik’d. by night and on weekends - so please be patient with us. We appreciate each order so much and always want to provide you with top-notch products, which means we need time to be sure each item is crafted exactly as it should be.

DOMESTIC

Shipping rates are based on weight, proper packing materials (since most of our items are fragile!), and destination.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States through our website at this time. If you would like to place an order and live outside the U.S., please contact us and we will do our best to work out shipping that will work for both of us!

what is your return policy?

DOMESTIC

Returns may be accepted within seven (7) days of order delivery. Please contact us to discuss return options. Buyer pays return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, international returns are not available at this time.

We keep all of our fragrance options organized so you can tell what is all-natural and what is not. When you add a candle or wax melts to your cart, you will see three separate drop-down lists: essential oil fragrances, favorite fragrances, and seasonal fragrances.

ESSENTIAL OIL FRAGRANCES

Dye-free candles +melts made with these fragrances are, in fact, all-natural.

FAVORITE FRAGRANCES + SEASONAL FRAGRANCES

Candles + melts made with these fragrances may not be all natural - but rest assured - we only use top-notch, skin-safe fragrances that we feel good about burning in our own home.

We have created candles, wax melts, fragrances, and self care products that we feel good about using so you can feel good about using them too. We want you and your loved ones to always be safe with our products.

I can assure you house fires are no fun. Please just follow our warnings and use common sense to keep tragic accidents from happening.

FRAGRANCES + SELF CARE PRODUCTS

You know what else is no fun? Allergic reactions are no fun. We list ingredients for our products so you can look out for yourself and your loved ones by avoiding (or altering - just ask!) items that could cause allergic reactions in certain people. Again, please just follow the warnings and use common sense to keep yourself and your loved ones comfortable and safe.
