The relax blend has floral notes with citrus, chamomile, ylang ylang, and sandalwood. The new zen blend is a mixture of orange, frankincense, and eucalyptus. Lavender dreams is a combination of lavender and citrus with a hint of patchouli.

for your hair: Shake well. Add 2-5 drops of oil to the palm of your hand and rub your hands together. Run your fingers through your hair from about mid-way down to ends. If you have fly-away hairs higher up, use the residual oil on your hands to smooth them down without looking greasy.
for your beard: Shake well. Add 2-5 drops of oil to the palm of your hand, a comb, or a brush and comb through your beard.
